Put your innovation in the spotlight at the trade fair for the potato sector!

Are you an exhibitor at PotatoEurope 2025 and are you working on or introducing a groundbreaking development in the potato sector? Then this is your chance to bring your innovation to the attention of a broad, international audience and a professional jury. Apply for the Innovation Award 2025 and have a chance to win a bronze, silver or gold award!

The PotatoEurope Innovation Award, organised in collaboration with PotatoWorld magazine, puts progressive products, techniques and services in the potato sector in the spotlight. During the opening event on 3 September, the three most innovative entries will be awarded.

A professional jury with broad expertise

The entries will be judged by a professional jury with representatives from various links in the potato chain:

• Roger de Groot – Mayor of the municipality of Noordoostpolder with its capital Emmeloord, World Potato City, and chairman of the jury
• Johan Warringa – Business unit manager WUR Field Crops, with a focus on practice-oriented research
• Jan Gottschall – Policy officer at the Dutch Potato Organization (NAO), specialist in trade and advocacy
• Rob Donker – Director of the National Cooperative Council & Chairman of the AgrofoodCluster, with an eye for cooperation and innovation
• Jaap Delleman – Editor-in-chief of PotatoWorld magazine and journalistic expert with an international vision
