Prices
- Indoor space, own stand construction, € 175 per m² (min. 18 m²).
(For a load capacity of more than 500 kg/m², please contact the organization first). - Indoor space, including stand construction*, € 285 per m² (min. 12 m²).
(For a load capacity of more than 500 kg/m², please contact the organization first). - The following surcharges apply for indoor spaces: corner position 10% (min. 18 m2), peninsular position 15% (min. 36 m2), and island position 20% (min. 72 m2). For certain locations it is possible to deviate from the above minimum floor areas.
- Outdoor space, € 70 per m2 (min. 25 m2).
- Field trial (15m x 15m = 225 m2), € 3.750 .
(price excludes design and maintenance carried out by Wageningen University & Research). - Pagoda tent (4m x 4m = 16 m²), € 1.125 (subject to availability).

(1 machine demonstration is included in the registration and administration fees. All machine demonstrations must be approved by the organization). - Registration and administration fees, € 875 (mandatory).

* Stand construction includes: white back and side walls (100x250 cm), carpet, fascia board with company name (max. 20 characters), lockable pantry of 1 m², 1 spotlight per 4 m², electrical connection with socket and consumption (2 kW). Important notes:- The floor plans are subject to change and all bookings are subject to availability. Your reservation for a specific location is only finalized after this has been confirmed by DLG Benelux B.V.- Stand sizes on the floor plans can be adjusted (depending on the location), if you wish to adjust the size of a specific (stand) location, please contact us first.- The organizer reserves the right to make any necessary alterations to floor plan at all times.
- The maximum height for all stand constructions (indoor) is 280 cm. Exceeding the limits of the maximum structure and advertising heights of any kind must be applied for and approved by the organizing committee and may depend on your location.
- In principle, tractors may not be exhibited at PotatoEurope. If you still wish to do so, an additional fee is required. We advise you to contact the organization before registering.
- If you reserve an outdoor space and plan to set up your own tent (or similar object), larger than 24 m² (from 25 m2), please note that you will be required to provide the organizers with a complete tent book before May 1st. The tent book must include all the necessary construction details, including the details on how tent will be anchored, for the authorities to issue a permit for the tent's use. The organizers will not be liable if the authorities do not approve your tent documentation.
Payment procedure:
The total sum for stand and/or space rental, registration fee and all other services registered for, is payable in two installments: - A deposit of 50% of the rental price, based on the number of reserved square meters, along with the registration fees, must be paid to confirm the reservation. An invoice for this will be issued after the reservation is made.- the remaining 50% of the total sum is to be paid 3 months before the start of the event.
