The floor plans are subject to change and all bookings are subject to availability. Your reservation for a specific location is only finalized after this has been confirmed by DLG Benelux B.V.
Payment procedure:
The total sum for stand and/or space rental, registration fee and all other services registered for, is payable in two instalments:
- 50% of the rental on the number of square meters applied for, and the registration fee, when the booking is made in order to secure the booking.
- the remaining 50% of the total sum is to be paid 3 months before the start of the event.
